Abstract ice load를 time-domain simulation상에 적용하는데 있어서, 이전 방법들은 computationally too expensive. 여기서 제안하는 방법은 ice load time history를 ice load spectrum과 mean ice load를 base로 해서 생성하는 것. 데이터는 GEM이라는 software를 사용해서 뽑아서 검증을 수행하였음.
