Two banks I consider to open my account: DNB and Spare Bank 1

DNB 

- It seems that it's famous for being late, and a strict standard for bank loans (source: click)

- They explicitly offer an international equity trading system (= Online Equity Trading service) for foreign stocks and foreign ETFs (source: click)

- The online equity trading service is free of charge if you make 20 trades or fewer per month. (source: click, click)

Spare Bank 1

- It seems that it's known to offer a fast service with a generous (not-so-strict) standard for bank loans.

- They offer a "share savings account (click)" which you can buy stocks and funds with (click). More information about trading securities is available here. However, you can't do the trading for foreign stocks or foreign ETF.
